Name: K915 Kitchenettes with white goods.
The tender contest concerns 12 kitchenettes with associated white goods to the new National Museum.
This document describes what is to be procured, and forms the basis for the tenderers’ response.
The requirement specification consists of a general description of the purpose, need and requirement of the delivery, and a requirement specification where the specific requirements of the fittings and equipment are given.
— tenderers must be able to complete the delivery by 23.8.2019,
— tenderers must deliver a draft project plan showing progress and milestones up until the completed delivery (the final project plan shall be agreed with the contracting authority after signing the contract).
The contract shall cover the procurement, delivery and assembly of all fittings and equipment included in the tender to the new National Museum at Munkedamsveien 24, 0250 Oslo, and that are described in more details in Appendix 1.0.; Requirement Specification with pre-texts and Appendix 1.1; the Contracting Authority's requirements.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have good experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract.
Description of the tenderer's up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 5 years. The description must include a specification of the value of the assignment, the nature, dates, and recipients (names, telephone Nos. and email addresses). The tenderer is responsible for documenting the assignment’s relevance through the description.

Internal control:
The tenderers must substantiate an internal control system that ensure work on systematically environment measures and continuous improvement. The tenderers must state the level of the internal control system in the following manner:
Level 1: Certified in accordance with 14001 and/or ISO 9000;
Level 2: Alternatively certified in accordance with the Eco-Lighthouse certification scheme;
Level 3: Non-certified systems, or certification in accordance with other internal control schemes.
For levels 1 and 2: valid certificates must be forwarded upon request.
