The contract is for operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on national roads, national foot and cycle paths, county roads and county foot and cycle paths with the accompanying side plants, side areas, equipment and installations in Kongsberg and Øvre Eiker, and parts of Flesberg and Nedre Eiker municipalities, in accordance with the road list stated in chapter D2-V1 and D2-S20.
The work will be settled by round sum for round sum processes, in accordance with amounts and unit prices for other processes such as daywork in accordance with the hourly rates for crew and machines.

National roads and national foot and cycle paths, with the accompanying side installations, side areas, equipment and installations: The contract period will be from 1.9.2019 until 31.8.2022 for all of the described assignments.
The Contracting Authority has an option for 1 + 1 year extension from .1.9.2022.
National roads and national foot and cycle paths, with the accompanying side plants, side areas, equipment and installations: The contract period is from 1.9.2019 until 31.8.2024 for all of the described assignments.
The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 12 months, from 1.9.2024 until 31.8.2025.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten: Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers shall have an average annual turnover of minimum 100 000 000 NOK, for the last three financial years. The tenderer shall have positive equity. Cf. the tender documentation's chapter B2.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments of relevant nature and complexity, as well as referring to references from relevant contracts implemented in a satisfactorily manner.
Furthermore, technical and professional competence and relevant experience is required in the key personnel who will be used for the assignment and the contract must be sufficiently staffed with the tenderer having the capacity and ability to handle unforeseen conditions in the contract. Competence equivalent to enterprise class 2, in accordance with "the routine for the excavation and laying of cables above, below and along public roads" dated 1.6.2018.

Tenderers shall have a system that shows that they work proactively as regards health, safety and working conditions. Tenderers and their central contract facilitators ought to have an average H1 value lower than 10 for the last 3 years. Furthermore, there are requirements regarding the surrounding environment and quality assurance. Cf. the tender documentation, chapter B2.
