The Contracting Authority shall enter into a Framework Agreement for the delivery of workwear, shoes, gloves and personal protective equipment for Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Ringebu, Nord-Fron municipalities.
Other activities in the municipality, not specifically mentioned, who can have very sporadic requirements for workwear and footwear can also make call-offs against the Framework Agreement.
The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year.
An agreement is to be established with 1 supplier for each product group. The following product groups are technical workwear, Cleaning, Health care and kitchen workwear.
Tenderers are therefore strongly encouraged to follow the instructions given in the tender documentation and annexes and to ask questions via the Communication module in the Mercell portal, if they are uncertain.
