Qualification Requirement:
The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate,
— Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, trade register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation requirement:
— A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
a) The tenderer shall have experience from comparable assignments.
b) The tenderer and Manufacturer (if the Tenderer is not the Manufacturer], shall have a good and well-functioning quality assurance and management system for the services that shall be provided.
c) The tenderer and Manufacturer (if the Tenderer is not the manufacturer) shall have an environmental method.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
a) Documentation Requirements:
Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant/comparable assignments during the last 3 years. The list must include a statement of the assignment´s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).
b) Documentation Requirements:
The tenderer shall submit documentation of their, and the Manufacturers quality assurance and management system. The following documentation will be accepted:
Certificate for the company's quality system/management system, issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils quality assurance standards, in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent, or
a description that, as a minimum, comprises the company´s and manufacturers’ procedures/routines for:
— dealing with deviations and claims,
— approval of sub-suppliers,
— the process from the receipt and registration of orders until delivery at the customer,
— description of ongoing quality control and end control.
If experience with equivalent assignments cannot be documented, we request that the account for how the assignment is intended to be carried out, in regard to organisation, staffing and which resources the tenderer may make available to carry out such an assignment.

It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance through the description. The Contractor may do this by including documentation on the skill or experience of the personnel that can be used for this project, including skills or experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.

c) Documentation requirement:
The tenderer shall submit documentation of their and the Manufacturer(s) environmental management system. The following documentation will be accepted:
— valid attestations/certificates issued by an independent body (e.g. ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent), or.
— a description of the tenderer´s own environment management system. The description shall as a minimum include an environmental policy and environmental goals.
