Vestfold public procurement co-operation (VOIS) shall enter into a framework agreement for books and media for libraries belonging to the participants in VOIS. The following municipalities are participating in this framework agreement: Holmestrand, Horten, Larvik, Re, Sande, Sandefjord and Tønsberg. The delivery places will be the municpalities' public libraries. Tønsberg municipality is also participating on behalf of Færder municipality, due to the inter-municipal cooperation agreement between 2 municipalities (Nøtterøy and Tjøme, which merged to Færder municipality from 1.1.2018).
