Prolongation of the framework agreement as long as the equipment is in use.
The extension of the framework agreement’s volume for the equipment’s capacity is exploited to its the full extent.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. o A tax and VAT certificate.
The certificates shall be issued on a certified form from the tax collector/tax office (www.skatteetaten.no). The certificates must be no more than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears must be explained/justified.
- Foreign tenderers must submit corresponding confirmation that government taxes and fees have been paid in the country where the tenderer has its registered place of business, in accordance with the respective country´s rules for such certificates.
Tenderers shall have ethically responsible activity.
- If during the past 5 years the tenderer has been convicted of corruption, fraud or money laundering, or has committed criminal offences concerning professional conduct, the judgement and case must be accounted for. To be stated in the Tender Letter.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
- Norwegian tenderers must provide an updated company registration certificate.
- Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.

- Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be conducted by a credit rating agency with a licence to carry out credit appraisal. o A creditworthiness without a guarantee will be sufficient for complying with the requirement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have the necessary technical and professional qualifications to fulfil the contractual obligations. The Public Procurement Regulations §16-5.

- Tenderers shall document a quality assurance system that documents the tenderer's organisation and the ability for carrying out a good delivery.
