Tinn municipality will construct a new primary and secondary school with a multi-purpose building at Atrå. The aim of the competition is to enter into a contract with a turnkey contractor for the demolition of an existing building, as well as the engineering design services for and construction of a new school and multi-purpose building. The municipality has entered into a contract with Link Arkitektur for the architect and landscape architect. The contract with Link Arktitetur is based on NS 8401 and it will be transferred to the turnkey contractor. The chosen implementation model for the project is interaction for a turnkey contract. The project will be carried out in two phases, with phase 1 being a development phase with a contract based on NS 8401 and phase 2 being the implementation phase where the contract will be based on NS 8407.
