The school has 373 pupils and 47 employees for the academic year 2018/2019. The current 7

The following current school buildings are to be kept:

— main building 1922 (listed through the development plan),

— the gym hall building, etc. 1922 (listed through the development plan),

— the school building 1997 from the 6 year reform,

— it is assumed that the following buildings will be demolished:

— — the pavilion erected in 1959,

— — the smaller before-and-after-school care building "Mauren" (1991),

— — small outhouses/sheds.

A preliminary project is available, which is to be implemented as a turnkey contract. Parts of the school will be co-used with entities outside the school´s core activities. The co-use includes areas such as the multi-purpose hall and changing rooms, music room, teaching rooms and some specially equipped rooms.

The construction place must be fossile free.

The contracting authority has used Romfarer Arkitekter for the preliminary project. The turnkey contractor will be free to use Romfarer Arkitekter for further engineering design services, then as its own sub-supplier.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the competition if the tenders exceed the budget.

Other options will be decided in accordance with the decision plan, which the turnkey contractor is to prepare 4 weeks after the contract.
