An expansion of Eilert Sundt sixth form college - Lyngdal campus has been planned. Parts of the existing buildings shall be demolished and replaced with a new theory building and workshop. Parts of the existing buildings are to be renovated. The building shall facilitate flexible use and shall have generality for future changes.
The building (the new part) is planned as a zero-emission building, with the building´s renewable energy production compensating for CO2 emissions from the operation and production of building materials. The building shall itself have a good passive standard.
The valid plan basis is development plan ID 528766. Berge school and sports area - area development An amendment to the plan is being considered in Lyngdal municipality.
The framework application will be sent for consideration in January after adjustments to the new area plan have been approved. The framework permission has not, therefore, per 26.1.2018, been received.

Tenderers shall have experience from comparable assignments: Schools, climate-friendly buildings.
