The County Governor would like to enter into a service contract with a tenderer for tree felling, removal, chipping and turnover of wood and chippings from Lamøy (also called Lamøyna) by Herdla in Hordaland.
The work shall, as a starting point, be carried out in the months August to December 2018. We would like the work to be completed and the area cleared and restored by 31.12.2018 at the latest. The absolute final deadline for completion is, however, 15.3.2019.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
— Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business registry as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment / contract.
Credit rating, not older than 1 year, based on the last known fiscal figures. The credit rating must be carried out by a credit information company that has a licence to carry out such activities.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience with this type of tree felling: A description of the tenderer´s experience of this type of tree felling. It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
Tenderers must have sufficient implementation ability and capacity: An overview of the tenderer's average, general workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management in the last 3 years.
Tenderers are required to have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system: If the routines described in the tenderer's quality assurance or management system in accordance with the ISO standard or equivalent 3rd party verification system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate with information on where this is described.

Alternatively, an existing quality assurance system and routines that substantiate that the requirement is fulfilled can be described.
In order to ensure compliance with relevant environment requirements, tenderers must have competence and routines that ensure a low impact on the environment when carrying out the service: If the routines described in the tenderer's environmental management system are in accordance with the ISO standard or equivalent 3rd party verification system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate with information on where this is described.
