The contracts for the transport of laboratory samples will be valid for 1 year, with and option for an extension for up to 3 years.
The contracts for the transport of food will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for up to 2 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a trade index or a Register of Business Enterprises.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
1) Norwegian tenderers must enclose a tax certificate (certificate for tax, payroll tax and VAT), not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
2) Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) The tax certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate is electronically certified and is therefore not signed. This also applies for sub-suppliers with a contract value of more than 500 000 NOK.

Tenderers must account for any arrears.
2) Tenderers must submit extracts from the annual accounts for the last financial years, as well as the auditor's reports.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) experience from similar assignments;
2) authorisations are required from a specific organisation;
3) relevant references from the last 3 years;
4) wages and working conditions.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) state relevant experience;
2) state transport licence numbers;
3) state relevant references;
4) documentation of wages and working conditions for employees of the tenderer and sub-suppliers who will assist in fulfilling the contract. Employees of the service provider or any sub-suppliers shall not have lower wages or worse working conditions than those required by applicable national collective agreements or as otherwise normal for the place or occupation. Cf. the regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts established by Royal Decree 6.2.2008, which came into force 1.3.2008.
