OsloMet — the city university, previously Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus [Oslo and Akershus University College], has approximately 2 100 employees and approx. 20 500 students. The procurement concerns competence building initiatives and training for those who work with development and implementation of projects in OsloMet. OsloMet wants to enter into a framework agreement with a service provider to increase the competence in control and management of projects and programmes, as well as benefit/gains control in digitising projects. Increased competence shall contribute to better projects at OsloMet. Courses shall be offered from 1.1.2019. Tenderer shall be able to deliver courses on three weeks notice. The anticipated volume of the contract is altogether approx. 1 900 000 NOK excluding VAT over 4 years. See point “II.2.4 Description of the procurement” in the notice for information about the estimated scope, and point “II.2.14) Additional Information” for information about individual requirements. The Contracting authority shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 to a total maximum of 4 years.
