Framework agreement for trade services - carpenters with associated products and materials for the maintenance of all municipal buildings and flats. The contract can also include project procurements, modernisations, simple renovations and major or minor improvements. The contract can also apply for the erection of simple extensions, but not for the erection of complete new buildings.
The maintenance services will only apply to assignments that must be carried out by a certified carpenter and possibly the prior arranged sub-contractors who could be used for the execution of each individual assignment.

The stated contract values per contractor are only relevant if the contractor is carrying out all assignments. This tender contest includes 3 parallel Framework Agreements for each participating municipality. This means that the contractor given first priority will be asked first, and most likely get most of the assignments. If this contractor is lacking capacity to carry out the assignment, the remaining contractors will then be asked, in ranked order.
