Lyngen municipality will procure a tractor with a trailer and an excavator on caterpillar tracks of 8 - 9 T, which will be used for excavation, transport and maintenance assignments at municipal engineering installations. The procurement must be within the financial limit of 2 200 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The tender invitation is split into 3 parts:
— Part 1: tractor with the accompanying equipment,
— Part 2: excavator on cater pillar tracks with the accompanying equipment,
— Part 3: trailer suitable for the tractor, which will be used, amongst other things, for transporting the excavator.
The wanted additional equipment is in the requirement specifications. Tenderers are free to submit prices for parts of the delivery or for all 3 parts.

Tenderers are therefore asked to submit a price offer for the entire delivery in accordance with the requirement specifications. If all the wanted additional equipment cannot be procured within the budget limit of 2 200 000 NOK, we would like to enter into an option contract with the tenderer(s) for the remaining additional equipment.
