Toppåsen school - new building - turnkey contract

Demolition of the burnt down buildings has already been carried out and is not a part of this project. Rehabilitation of the existing administration building after the fire and establishment of rigging shall be carried out by the builder before contracting of the turnkey contractor and is not included in this project. The rigging area will be established in accordance with Annex 1.13 Builder’s proposal for rigging plan.
The turnkey contract must include some completions and changes in connection with the transition between the new and existing building, as well as some adaptations and completion of technical installations and conduits. See annex 1.2 and 1.3 for further information.
The new construction shall be erected with a total of three floors with an available area of 1,495 m2 and a gross area of 1,660 m2.
The architect will be transferred to the turnkey contractor.

The new construction shall be erected with a total of three floors with an available area of 1,495 m2 and a gross area of 1,660 m2.
The architect will be transferred to the turnkey contractor.
The initiative includes the erection of a teaching and work buildings that replace the buildings and functions lost in the fire at Toppåsen school 14.06.2017. The initiative will be carried out as a turnkey contract. The premises that shall be rebuilt are physical education, changing rooms, teacher workspaces as well as associated support areas. New teaching areas shall also be established for reception classes and science.

The building shall be erected as an addition to the existing administration building with almost the same footprint and placement as previously, but with an extra floor. The new construction will be established with a total of three floors.
The outdoor area shall be reinstated as the area was prior to the fire. A new access road for waste vehicles shall also be established.

The building shall be erected to passive house standards.
