A software, licence/development system and robot are required in such a way that the Norwegian Maritime Authority is listed as an owner of the system. Good documentation for the software and options for software specific e-training is required.
The installation of the RPA server as well as development, implementation and maintenance of the processes are not included in the contract. This contract includes the delivery of the actual software with documentation thereof. The above listed assignments shall be included in separate contracts independent on this contract.

Requirement:

The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity and security to be able to carry out the contractual obligations.

Documentation requirement:

Documentation is not required. The Norwegian Maritime Directorate will obtain a credit rating of tenderers from Bisnode or equivalent. The tenderer must as a minimum achieve credit score “A worthy of credit”, or equivalent.

Requirement:

The tenderer must have experience from comparable assignments.

Documentation requirement:

Description of the tenderer´s up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The assignment description must include a specification of the assignment value, assignment length and the recipient (name, phone number and email address.). The tenderer is responsible for documenting the assignment’ relevance through their description. Tenderers may do this by including documentation on the competence of the personnel that can be used for this project, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.
