The procurement of ready heating at Løken

Aurskog-Høland kommune

A technical description has been prepared for the heating requirement and the assessment of the possibility for transition to bio-fuel based heating for the current buildings in Løken. Based on desicions made in the financial plan, the contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for the complete delivery of ready heating based on bio-fuel from virgin wood pulp (chips) for:
— Løken School,
— Ulvehaugen,
— Bjørkly nursery school,
— The new Løken nursery school,
— The new Løken fire station.

Aurskog Høland municipality has in the last years emphasised procurement of environmental friendly and renewable bio energy for use in municipal buildings.
The contractor shall construct, possess and operate the complete heating system to and including the customer centrals in the involved buildings within the given agreement period. The contracting authority wants to outsource the construction and operation of the system to an external Contractor. The Contractor shall trade ready heating registered on meters inside the walls for every involved building. The contract is further described in the technical documentation (the requirement specification).
