The assignment shall be conducted in accordance with the Contracting Authority's orders. The Service Provider shall upon request from the Contracting Authority give proposals for a gully emptying plan, based on previous emptying assignments this year, as well as local requirements. The Service Provider may also be instructed to empty sand traps and flush sewage pipes in accordance with requirements.

The contract value is approx. 10 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non-binding.
The Contracting Authority shall enter into an Agreement with 1 — 1 tenderer. See Part 2 in the requirement specification for further information.
Lots and alternative tenders:
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
The Contracting Authority has considered splitting the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: 2 extensions, each for 12 months.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.

Requirements regarding the tenderer's economic and financial position: The financial capacity to fulfil the contract is required.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Good experience from equivalent assignments / deliveries is required. This means assignments of a corresponding nature, complexity and a public Contracting Authority.
Tenderers shall have a satisfactory quality assurance system.
The tenderer shall have satisfactory procedures in place to carry out the assignment in an environmentally responsible manner.
