Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tax certificate.

The tenderer must be in an orderly situation in terms of payment of tax, employer's National Insurance contributions and value-added tax.

Documentation: Tax certificate, not older than six months at the expiry of the tender submission deadline.

Foreign tenderers:

— the tenderer shall submit certificates issued by competent authorities, confirming that the tenderer has met their obligations in regard to the payment of taxes and duties in accordance with the legal provisions in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate(s) shall not be older than six months, calculated from the tender deadline.

Tenderers must fulfil the terms for performing passenger transport in accordance with the Professional Transport Regulations dated 26.3.2003 nº 401.

Documentation: Tenderers must deliver one of the following forms of documentation:

— copy of permits,

NB: If submitting a taxi permit, confirmation is required from Trøndelag fylkeskommune that the permits can be used in the areas they offer. If it is not possible to acquire such confirmation within the deadline, a signed self-declaration is sufficient as preliminary documentation.

— documented plan for procurement of permits supplemented with documentation required when seeking the permit(s). The plan must state dates for submission of application, the type of permit, and expected date for awarding of permit.

AtB AS hereby announce that the tender contest for individually facilitated school transport and on-demand transport 2019-2021 for all four route areas is cancelled. Pursuant to PPR § 25-4, the contracting authority can cancel the competition with immediate effect if there is a justifiable reason. The reason for cancelling the tender contest is that the submitted tenders exceed the budget frame for the procurement. Previous to a new tender notice, AtB wants to enter into a new dialogue with the market. The objective of the dialogue is that the tenderer and the contracting authority can revise the tender documentation in order to achieve prices in accordance with the budget frame. AtB aims at publishing the new tender contest in the fourth quarter of 2018.

AtB AS hereby announce that the tender contest for individually facilitated school transport and on-demand transport 2019-2021 for all four route areas is cancelled.
