Tønsberg Municipality will enter into an unlimited number of service concession contracts with private suppliers for the provision of the service user-managed personal assistance (BPA). The municipality will also offer municipal BPA schemes.
Tønsberg Municipality and Re Municipality will merge and become a new municipality that will be called Tønsberg Municipality. The service concession contracts will apply to the new municipality from 1.1.2020.
Re Municipality will have an option to join the contract during the course of 2019.
The contract value is estimated to be 126 000 000 NOK.
Tenderers who are awarded a service concession must be able to start BPA assignments from 1.2.2019. The contracts will run until 31.1.2025.
