The aim of the notice is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of physical energy, administration and portfolio management of electricity for use in SFFI and Hordaland County (HFK)'s owned buildings, site and street lights, in accordance with the address list (annexes E and G).
The equivalent administration and management of electrical certificates is included in the supply of electricity. Furthermore, the tenderer must provide analyses and give advice on the management of electricity. Tenderers must also offer a reporting tool that the contracting authorities can use.
Tenderers must allow for the contract having 2 different contract portfolios, one with a higher risk profile and one with a lower risk profile.
The contract will include an option for renewable energy with a certificate of energy in accordance with the renewable directive.
