Technical-financial review of the street network in the centre of Ås

Ås kommune

Ås municipality would like consultancy services for the preparation of a technical and financial review of the street network in the centre of Ås. The review will form the basis for an area development plan for the centre of Ås, which is being worked on and which consists of four subassignments:
1) Technical review: Clarify feasibility, area confiscation, street geometry and building limits for infrastructure that is to be developed in the area plan, as well as contribute with proposals for the design of the measures. The measures include a new design or alteration of streets, junctions, foot/cycle solutions, a new overpass or subway for the railway, as well a new location for the bus terminal. The measures are to be reviewed at detailed level, so that they can be regulated in an area plan (draft project level). Tenderers must describe the degree of detail that is deemed to be appropriate for the assignment.
2) Cost calculations for the proposed measures.
3) Assess the consequences that the changes to the street network will have for traffic.
4) Review solutions for managing surface water.
