The procurement is a teaching service.
The teaching campus will be for boys who have just finished the 9 years. It will be a 14 day intensive teaching programme in the first 2 weeks of the summer holiday, at the turn of the month June/July.
The tenderer must provide premises for the entire period.
The scheme will be evaluated by an external supplier.
The target group
The target group is boys who have just finished the 9 year with low grades and who are at risk of not completing sixth form education. The idea is that the scheme will be for 50 pupils, with an option for extra places if the Contracting Authority needs them.
Objective
The objective is to give these pupils a boost in subjects over the course of a 2 week intensive stay. There must be teaching in reading, writing and arithmetic. Participation will be completely voluntary and based on the boys´own motivation to participate and complete. The stay will be free of charge for participants.
