Swimming Pool Chemicals, Water Treatment Equipment and Service of Treatment Installations (Framework Agreement)

Drammen kommune

Drammen municipality shall procure swimming pool chemicals, water treatment equipment and service of the treatment installations for Drammensbadet. A decision has been made to merge Drammen, Svelvik and Nedre Eiker municipalities in 2020. Nedre Eiker has, thus, decided to be part of this procurement. The framework agreement shall, therefore, cover the need of both Drammensbadet (Drammen) and Eknes swimming pool (Nedre Eiker).

In order to ensure this, appropriate equipment for treating water is also necessary. The framework agreement shall also cover service of existing treatment installations (further details are given below). Description of Drammensbadet: Number of pools: 9 (five indoor and four outdoor).

— Amount of water: 600 000 litres.
Description of the wanted annual service for Drammensbadet: Checking and lubricating circulation pumps.
— General checks of the water treatment installations.
Description of the wanted service for Eknes swimming pool: Replacing and calibrating electrodes.
— Lubricating and checking circulation pumps,
— Service and possible replacement of parts on the Granduos dosing installation (chlorine and acid) and the Bermuda control unit.
Other service (if needed). It is important for the Contracting Authority that the tenderer can, if required, be of assistance if something goes wrong. This is important in order to prevent closed swimming pools. The following service is not included in the contract: Normal service that Drammensbadet undertakes itself:

Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: Total 2+1+1 years (maximum length 4 years).
