SUS2023 — K6301 Pneumatic dispatch installations

SUS2023 invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure after a prior notice, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1 (2), with a pre-qualification, for K6301 pneumatic dispatch installations for the first construction stage of a new university hospital at Ullandhaug in Stavanger. The public procurement regulations require tenderers to be pre-qualified before negotiations are used in a competition. This is equivalent to the qualification requirements that are normally set in an open tender contest. The pre-qualification involves the submission of documentation of the qualification requirements.
The contracting authority will then, based on the received documentation for the qualification requirements, select a number of qualified tenderers who will be invited to submit a tender. The process is described in detail in this document.
