SUS2023 — K6201 Warehouse lift

SUS2023 hereby invites tenderers to participate in a competition with negotiations after a prior notice, cf. PPR § 13-1 (2), with pre-qualification, for Contract K6201 — Warehouse lift in connection with the first construction phase of the new University Hospital at Ullandhaug in Stavanger.
So that the Contracting Authority can negotiate in the competition, the FOA requires tenderers to be pre-qualified. This is the same as the qualification requirements that are normally set in an open tender contest.
The pre-qualification consists of the submission of documentation for the qualification requirements, see Part I.
The Contracting Authority will then, based on the received documentation for the qualification requirements, select a number of qualified tenderers who will be invited to submit a tender, see Part I.
The intention of the negotiations is that the Contracting Authority and tenderers can clarify and correct any uncertainties in the tenders.

Note: A tender conference will be held 28.6.2018, if the marked shows interest in participating in the potential conference. The deadline for registration is 15.6.2018.

The contract includes the procurement of a complete system for warehouse lifts for SUS2023.

The warehouse lifts shall be contracted as a builder administered contract, where the supplier will have the major responsibility for engineering design, in addition to deliveries, installation and commencement of the complete plant. The supplier shall deliver a joint control system for the plant.

The warehouse lifts shall be delivered as a fully automatic system comprising mechanical equipment and necessary automatics for control and monitoring. The delivery shall include technical development of the offered equipment, up until the date of delivery (“latest model”).
