SUS2023 hereby invates tenderers to a competition with negotiations after a prior notice, cf. PPR § 13-1 (2), with a pre-qualification, for Contract K3902 — joint technical hanging system for the first construction phase of the new university hospital at Ullandhaug in Stavanger.
So that the Contracting Authority can negotiate in the competition, the FOA requires tenderers to be pre-qualified. This is the same as the qualification requirements that are normally set in an open tender contest.
The pre-qualification consists of the submission of documentation for the qualification requirements, see Part I.
The Contracting Authority will then, based on the received documentation for the qualification requirements, select a number of qualified tenderers who will be invited to submit a tender, see Part I.
The intention of the negotiations is that the Contracting Authority and tenderers can clarify and correct any uncertainties in the tenders.

The procurement is for the delivery of a joint technical hanging system and it will have a so-called adjustable-amount contract.

The Contract is only for delivery, not assembly. The casting and assembly of the hanging system under the covers will be carried out by other Contracts.

The Contract includes delivery of:

— an integrated hanging system under the cover construction.

— a hanging system under the covers for, amongst other things, technical installations and ceilings.

The technical installations are collected in defined technical guiding zones in corridors and partially over rooms. Standardised hanging systems/components are to be used and the system must be delivered as a part of this Contract.

The estimated value of the procurement is approx. 13 000 000 NOK.
