SUS2023 — K3004 Energy Wells in Rock

SUS2023 hereby invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations after a Prior Information Notice, cf. PPR § 13-1 (2), with pre-qualification, for contract K3004 Energy wells for the first construction phase of the new University Hospital at Ullandhaug in Stavanger.
So that the Contracting Authority can negotiate in the competition, the FOA requires tenderers to be pre-qualified. This is the same as the qualification requirements that are normally set in an open tender contest.
The pre-qualification consists of the submission of documentation for the qualification requirements, see Part I.
The Contracting Authority will then, based on the received documentation for the qualification requirements, select a number of qualified tenderers who will be invited to submit a tender, see Part I.
The intention of the negotiations is that the Contracting Authority and tenderers can clarify and correct any uncertainties in the tenders.

The contract includes the establishment of energy wells in rock, pipe loops, manholes and pipe network to the Technical central. The internal pipe works are included in a different contract (K3001), Trenches for pipe systems and pits for manholes shall be executed in a different contract (K2103).
