SUS2023 — K3001 Heating and cooling distribution

SUS2023 hereby invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations after a prior information notice, cf. PPR § 13-1 (2), with a pre-qualification, for contract K3001 — Heating and cooling distribution system for the first construction phase of the new University Hospital at Ullandhaug in Stavanger.
So that the contracting authority can negotiate in the competition, the FOA requires tenderers to be pre-qualified. This is the same as the qualification requirements that are normally set in an open tender contest.
The pre-qualification consists of the submission of documentation for the qualification requirements, see Part I. The contracting authority will then, based on the received documentation for the qualification requirements, select a number of qualified tenderers who will be invited to submit a tender, see Part I.

The contract includes central pipe technical installations related to the energy supply for the hospital. The energy supply is based on energy wells in rock as energy storage, supplemented with combined heat pumps/refrigerating machines and a boiler plant for bio-diesel/bio-oil.

This contract includes plants for the following disciplines in accordance with the building table:

— 31 Sanitary installations include central plants for supply of hot water for consumption — water heater and circulation system. CO

— 32 Heating includes central installations for the supply of hot water for heating, as well as a distribution network to the pipe technical rooms in the buildings. NH

— 37 Ice water cooling includes central installations for the supply of ice water, as well as a distribution network to the pipe technical rooms in the buildings. Energy wells with external wells and a pipeline network up to the internal walls, as well as combined heat pumps/cooling machines, which will be delivered in other contracts.
