SUS2023 — K2201 and K2202 Structure

SUS2023 hereby extends an invitation to a competition with negotiations after a prior notice, cf. PPR § 13-1 (2), with prequalification, for K2201 and K2202 Structure in connection with the first construction phase of the new University Hospital at Ullandhaug in Stavanger.
So that the Contracting Authority can negotiate in the competition, the FOA requires tenderers to be pre-qualified. This is the same as the qualification requirements that are normally set in an open tender contest.
The pre-qualification consists of the submission of documentation for the qualification requirements, see the document Part I.
The Contracting Authority will then, based on the received documentation for the qualification requirements, select a number of qualified tenderers who will be invited to submit a tender, see the document Part I.
The intention of the negotiations is that the contracting authority and tenderers can clarify and correct any uncertainties in the tenders.
