The assignment also comprises receptacles/containers and the purchase of plastic sacks. The assignment includes the source sorted fractions of food waste and cardboard/paper waste, plastic waste and residual waste and glass and metal waste. Mixed trade waste, office paper for security shredding, garden waste from a stadium and fluorescent tubes are also covered by the contract. The fractions sorted in the different municipal buildings varies from building to building. The waste shall be transported and delivered to approved facilities for recycling or final disposal. The tenderer shall be responsible for and maintain the containers and waste receptacles that are required to carry out this assignment.
