A church shall be built in down town Sola. The appearance of the church will be stylish and functional. The church will be located on the border of the new Town Hall that is under construction in Solakrossen. The ground conditions of the site are demanding, and the geotechnical report has determined that the building should either be founded directly on rock, on piles or pillars. The adjacent building site of the new town hall and the fact that the church shall be built in the centre of Sola means that consideration must be given to transport in and out of the construction area, and must ensure good separation between the building site and the surrounding area.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
The tenderer shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have settled financial conditions and the economic ability to implement the contract.
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from the credit and analysis company Experian. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of ‘credit worthy’, or the equivalent.
Alternatively, when submitting a tender, tenderers can enclose an updated credit rating from an approved credit rating company, verifying that the tenderer has achieved an equivalent credit level. The credit rating shall show the current economic situation of the company.

Annual Financial Statements from the previous financial year, documenting a minimum turnover of 100 000 000,00 NOK excluding VAT.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have experience from assignments of relevant nature, scope and complexity.
List of the most important, relevant assignments in the last 5 years, including information about:
— contract value,
— what is included in the assignment (key words),
— period for the delivery,
— reference person (name, telephone, email).
Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning quality assurance / management system for the services that shall be provided.
Certificate for the tenderer's quality assurance / management system, issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils recognised quality assurance standards (ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent).
The contracting authority will also accept other documentation that demonstrates that the tenderer has a well-functioning system for ensuring quality, customised to the nature and scope of the assignment. As a minimum,the tenderer must present a general description of the contents of the system including an overview of control plans and check-lists that are relevant for this assignment.
