Hordaland fylkeskommune

Hordaland County (HFK) and Sogn og Fjordane County (SFFK) shall enter into a Framework Agreement for software licences.
The procurement's aim:
A Framework Agreement for the assignment shall be signed with 1 supplier. The Framework Agreement period is 2 years. The Contracting Authority shall have an option for an extension of the Framework Agreement for further 2 years/1+1 year, to a maximum total of 4 years.
The contract value is approx. 40 000 000 NOK. It is emphasised that the stated value is based on estimates from statistics and information from the Contracting Authority's current supplier and their own financial data. The right has been reserved to make changes in volume, partly on the basis of budget situations which affect the Contracting Authority's activity.
