The contracting authority:
Skedsmo kommune, org. nº 938 275 130 and Sørum kommune, org. nº 942 645 295 and Fet kommune, org. nº 964 949 115 is in the vicinity of Nedre Romerike in Akershus fylke [county] Stortinget [the Norwegian Parliament] has approved the merger of the following municipalities, with effect from 1.1.2020. The new municipality has been given the name Lillestrøm kommune and will have approx. 88 000 inhabitants. A project office has been established at the Town Hall in Skedsmo kommune, the coordinator of all the activity. In total, Lillestrøm kommune shall be 460 km². Skedsmo and Sørum kommune are responsible for the procurement and Fet kommune has the opportunity to enter into the agreement on verbatim terms.
From 1.1.2020 Lillestrøm municipality will be the contracting authority and the customer in the contractual relationship.
