Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Registered in a trade register or company register.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Documentation requirement:

Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Other economic and financial requirements

In regards to any other economic and financial requirements stated in the tender notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer must verify:

Sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation requirement:

A credit rating equivalent to score A (worthy of credit) or a higher score in accordance with the standard.

The credit report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this service.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from equivalent contracts. Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts in the course of the last three years. The assignment description must include a specification of the contract value, contract period, the recipient and a contact person thereof (name, phone number and email address.). The tenderer is responsible for documenting the assignment’ relevance through the description.

Tenderers shall have a quality assurance system suitable for the contract.

Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer´s methods for quality assurance. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or an equivalent quality assurance certification, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of the valid certificate ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certificates cf. PPR § 16-7 (1), cf. (3).

Tenderers shall have an environmental management system suitable for the contract.

Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer´s environment management system or environment management standards. If a tenderer has a certificate issued by independent bodies, e.g. ISO 14001 or EMAS, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of the valid certificate, cf. PPR § 16-7 (2), cf. (3).
