1.2 Aim and intention

The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for:

— services connected to the operation and maintenance of, as well as new procurements for the supply installations,

— installation parts covered by a separate concession

— electro material necessary for carrying out services at the supply installations. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency intends to enter into parallel framework agreements and the need for the abovementioned services will normally be met by this framework agreement, with the exceptions mentioned explicitly below.

Based on experience, the turnover under this framework agreement will be more than 3 000 000 NOK in some years. The turnover can vary considerably from year to year, however, based both on need and maintenance budgets. The turnover figure is, therefore, only an estimate that is not binding for the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, neither can it be asserted as a basis for a remuneration adjustment or other financial compensation.
