The Norwegian Public roads administration would like assistance to assist our engineering design manager in the project. The senior adviser for planning and engineering design services will, in consultation with the engineering design manager, assist in the process of managing the engineering design assignment for the E39 Rogfast up until the tender documentation for the contracts in the project is sent out. The senior advisor for planning and engineering design services must also contribute to the evaluation of received tenders and must be able to be part of the follow-up in the construction phase. The senior advisor for planning and engineering design services will be responsible for coordinating and replying to technical clarifications in the engineering design assignment, in consultation with the engineering design manager.

The Contracting Authority has an option for the following as an addition to the contract: 2 000 hours of consultancy and engineering design related work. The deadline for taking up options is 1.6.2024. The option price is included in the tender sum for the evaluation of the tenders, but it will not be part of the contract value.
