NBSK [the Norwegian Fire School] needs to procure four industrial washing machines for washing fire-fighting clothing and two dryers to dry fire fighting clothing, including a service and maintenance agreement for the lifetime of the delivery.
The machines shall be delivered DDP (Incoterms 2015) to NBSK at Fjelldal in Tjeldsund kommune.
An agreement shall be signed with a tenderer for the entire delivery as stated in the tender documentation point 2.1. The agreement will be in force as soon as it is signed by both parties, and has a duration up until the delivery has taken place at the agreed time and location. Warranty regulations are as stated in the agreement part 2, General Contract terms after the delivery has been carried out. Service and maintenance agreement shall be part of the contract, and has a duration that matches the lifetime of the delivery.
