The site is approximately 6 647 m A new school shall be built to passive house standard and Future Built near zero energy level, approx. 10 286 m Environmental consideration is central in the project, which i.a. reflects in the contract requirement that all activities on the construction site shall search for emissions-free solutions as far as possible. When emissions-free solutions cannot be sourced, fossil free solutions with bio fuel in accordance with EN15940 (HVO/BTL) shall be utilised. District heating shall also be used as building heating and building drying, and the use of an electric tower crane shall be planned. Idling for more than one minute is forbidden on the construction site. Architect will be transferred.
