The aim of this procurement is to realise a development contract between Lindås municipality and a developer group.
The contract is for the development of infrastructure initiatives in the Storemyra area. Tenders shall be submitted in this competition for the execution of the work. The assignment shall be carried out with Lindås municipality as the contracting authority and contract party.
The developer group shall, in accordance with the development contract, be responsible for the practical follow-up of the project.
