Options:
From 01.01.2020, the municipalities of Røyken and Hurum will merge with Asker. Lier kommune is not part of the merger. The Contracting Authority retains the right to terminate the contract 31.12.2019 or extend it in the new municipal structure.
The contract therefore has a duration from 19.3.2018 to 31.12.2019 with an option for the individual municipalities to further extend the contract for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time.
Lots and alternative tenders.
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
The Contracting Authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
