Eiendomsavdelingen

A framework agreement is wanted for removal services at UiO for the following types of assignments:
— moving furniture and objects between UiO´s premises and buildings. For example, photocopiers, heavy archive cupboards, safes, tables, chairs, shelves, books, folders, pictures, plants, etc.
— emptying and clearing premises that have been moved out of and/or shall be renovated. Defect office furniture and equipment shall be delivered to UiO´s waste management supplier as agreed. The furniture/equipment shall be disassembled and sorted for source sorting.
— moving archives and libraries, including the necessary packing.
— in addition to removal assignments, tenderers must be able to assist with services associated with the moving process, such as the assembly/disassembly of shelves, pictures, the return of removal boxes, clearing.
— moving laboratory equipment, small machines, pianos, grand pianos, computer equipment and objects with historical value can be required, but UiO reserves the right to use specialists for these types of assignments.
