Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Selected tenderers shall submit a tax certificate for VAT and a tax certificate for tax. The tax certificate must not be older than six months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender.
Requirement:
— tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
— the tenderer shall have the economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment / contract.
Documentation requirement:
— the company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.
— REN retains the right to obtain a credit rating from Bisnode Credit, which will be used as a basis for the evaluation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
1) The tenderer shall have experience from similar assignments;
2) The tenderer must have good implementation ability;
3. The tenderer shall have a good and well-functioning management system for quality assurance and environmental management for the services that shall be provided.
Documentation requirement:
1) An overview of the tenderer´s most important deliveries in the last three years, including the contract value, date and recipient / contracting authority;
2) A description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in the management during the last three years;
3) Documentation on the tenderer’s quality assurance and environmental management systems. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001/14001, it is sufficient to enclose a valid ISO certificate.
