The objective of the contract is to offer military personnel a welfare service in the form of discount tickets on express bus services in Norway.
The contracting authority intends to enter into agreements with all interested parties offering express bus routes in Norway. The agreements include all enlisted military personnel. See the agreements for further specifications. The scope of the agreement is dependent on the number of enlisted military personnel using the service.
The contracting authority emphasises that the contract is not included in the Public Procurement Regulations and Law. This is an invitation to all relevant tenderers to participate in a dialogue with the Norwegian national defence — logistics organisation (FLO) for entering into a contract.
