Trøndelag County Council decided on 26.4.2018 to construct a new sixth form college in Indre Fosen municipality on the site alternative by the harbour in Vanvikan. The new college must be ready for the start of the academic year autumn 2022.
The Property Section has, on behalf of the County Governor, been given the task of preparing the site ready for the construction of a new sixth form college in Indre Fosen municipality.
The Property Section would like to engage a consultant engineer for geotechnics (RIGEO) in order to ensure that all assessments, as well as decisions about the ready for construction site in Vanvikan harbour have been made on the basis of an geotechnical assessment.

The procurement will be made via an open competition with negotiations, procurement of engineering design services (NS 8401).

The tenderer must see to the following work / activities:

— consultancy and engineering design services,

— ground, environment and laboratory examinations,

— condition checks of building constructions,

— preparation of the tender documentation for the ground work,

— SHE Coordinator,

— construction site follow-up for the sea filling.

The builder will not answer questions in July due to staff holidays. Any questions are to be sent via Mercell.
