ARBEIDS- OG VELFERDSETATEN (NAV)

According to the National Insurance Act, chapter 10, all those who have had their ability to function in daily life considerably and permanently reduced due to illness, injury or defect, have the right to necessary and appropriate aids.
The Directorate of Labour and Welfare would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of ramps, including portable ramps and rails, threshold eliminators and stationary ramps, with the accompanying accessories, spare parts and services.
Contracts will be signed for lots 1-5 with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. There can, therefore, be variations for these items as to whether a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, or whether parallel framework agreements will be signed. A contract will be signed with one tenderer for item 6.
