The Hordaland County Council has decided that the County Hall, Agnes Mowinckelsgate 5, shall be completely rehabilitated. The County administration in Hordaland County Municipality (HFK) shall move from the building to Sandslihaugen 30 during the rehabilitation period.
HFK needs Project management and Project assistance with the implementation of the moving process. See the tender documentation for further information.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation: Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate.
Foreign tenderers — Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.
Documentation: The tenderer shall enclose the company’s Annual financial statements with notes and auditor’s report from the last 3 years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: The supplier shall have experience from similar deliveries. ‘Similar’ means project management and/or project assistance in connection with moving of at least 200 people from the same location.
Documentation: The tenderer shall enclose a list of the 5 most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The description shall as a minimum include:
— A brief description of the assignment,
— Time of execution,
— Scope of the assignment in monetary amount,
— Name, and telephone number of the reference person at the Contracting Authority.
The Contracting Authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed.
