The objective and scope of the contract:
The competition concerns a framework agreement for project administrative services.
The objective of the procurement is to ensure the Contracting Authority access to builder consultancy, engineering design management, project manager services and project support services for the implementation and quality assurance of new construction, building development and maintenance of the properties managed by Skedsmo kommune. Strategic consultancy in connection with other matters may also be necessary.
If possible, three or more parallel framework agreement shall be signed.
The value of the procurement is estimated to be 12 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The volume is dependent on political decision and must regardless be considered an estimate and is not binding.

The procurement does not include already begun assignments, unless determined by the contracting authority.

Due to the municipal mergers, the agreement can also include Fet and Sørum from 1.1.2020 (See point 1.1.5). See part 2a, requirement specifications, for further information.

Lots and alternative tenders.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has not found this appropriate.
