Kort beskrivelse:

The tender contest concerns 26 cupboards and bench furnishing fittings with associated white goods to the new National Museum. The furnishing is divided in 13 units on the second floor and 13 units on the third floor.

This document describes what is to be procured, and forms the basis for the tenderers’ response.

The requirement specification consists of a general description of the purpose, need and requirement of the delivery, and a requirement specification where the specific requirements of the fittings and equipment are given.

— tenderers must be able to completed the delivery by 1.9.2019,

— tenderers must deliver a draft project plan showing progress and milestones up until the completed delivery (the final project plan shall be agreed with the Contracting Authority after signing the contract).

The contract shall cover the procurement, the delivery and the assembly of all furniture and equipment included in the tender to the new National Museum at Munkedamsveien 24, 0250 Oslo, and that are described in more detail in Appendix 1.0 Specific Requirements and Appendix 1.1 requirement specifications.

There shall also be an option for a multi-year service and maintenance contract as well as supplementary procurements, which the National Museum can enter into in accordance with the tenderer´s description. Fixed prices shall be given. These prices will be subject to an annual index adjustment. The content, the scope and price for the service and maintenance contract must be described in Annex 2.0; the solution description. A description can also be given in a separate document.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have good experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract.

Description of up to 5 of the most relevant contracts that the tenderer has had in the last 5 years. The description must include a specification of the value of the assignment, the nature, dates, and recipients (names, telephone nos. and E-mail addresses). The tenderer is responsible for documenting the assignment’s relevance through the description.
