The Framework Agreement must cover the at all times current need for network switches with the accompanying supplies, such as:

— gbic,

— fiberpatch,

— DAC cables etc.

There is a continual need for new network equipment due to large developments and outdated equipment. eKommune Sunnmøre needs a broad spectrum of network switches, from small edge switches to central distribution switches and computer room switches. There is also a need for support for new technologies, such as SDN, in addition to older technologies, such as full 802.1x-support. EKommune Sunnmøre currently has a homogeneous cisco switch network. As the Contract will largely apply for supplementary procurements for the existing switch network, it is not appropriate to open up for procurements of other switches than cisco.

1) Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order in accordance with the legal provisions;

2) The financial capacity to carry out the contract is required. Tenderers are required as a minimum to be credit worthy, A in accordance with Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro, or have the economic capacity to fulfil the contract based on the Contracting Authority's discretion in regard to attached documentation from the tenderer.

Newly established companies: newly established companies must have the economic capacity to execute the contract.
